Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island Hotel Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi

The hotel offers spacious rooms with a stunning ocean view and a very clean environment. While the restaurant options are ample, improvements in elevator services and outdoor AC activation are suggested. The service, especially from Mr El Sayyed Mansour, was accommodating and attentive, although some staff members may require more training. The location is exceptional with tasty food choices and hospitable staff. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained and convenient.

The hotel is situated on the breathtaking Saadiyat beach, offering a fantastic location that was lovely both day and night. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat from the bustling main areas. The service was accommodating in most areas, particularly in the dining spots and beach bar. However, some activity staff seemed overwhelmed. The dining experience, especially in the villa, offered good options, though there were minor inconsistencies. The facilities were enjoyable, meeting the expected standards.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The rooms, although a bit small, had incredibly comfortable beds and luxurious features. Surprisingly quiet for being on the ground floor. The service, while not exceptional, was friendly and helpful, especially during check-out when I was offered lunch before leaving. The location is stunning, set on beautiful Saadiyat Beach. The dining options, although limited with heavy Indian influence, were tasty. Overall, a lovely stay with some minor drawbacks.
